Learn to bake sponge cake for first time? It's easy.

here, i've some tips for you. First, all you need are measuring spoons, measuring cups and a calculator. But make sure you do have an oven at home!! Because those tools are not useful if at last you can't bake the cake...
The ingredients need for a basic sponge cake:

175 gram butter. 
 
Tips: usually they provide 250 gram butter but they have scale for 50g. You can estimate the size for 175 gram (50 gram + 50 gram + 50 gram + (half 50 gram).
 
 

200 gram Castor sugar.
 
Tips: Use your measuring spoon and measuring cups to measure the sugar.  Don't worry if you don't understand 1/2 or 1/4 or 1/8 measurement because they have measurement in grams. You may not get the 200gram straight away. Plan well which spoon or cup you have to use first in order to get 200 gram. Remember to level the top of the cup or spoon every time you use it to scrap excess sugar, and ensure you get the accurate measurement.


 
3 eggs.

1 small spoon vanilla flavor.
280 gram flour mixed with 1 small spoon baking powder
Tips : use measuring cups and spoons

Procedure:

1. Mixed butter with sugar until the mixture become fine and smooth.
2. Put eggs one by one, continue to mix them.
3. Put vanilla flavor and mix them.
4. Put flour mixed baking powder into the dough and mixed them well.
5. Prepare a cake mould and brush small pieces of butter inside the surface of mould.
6. Pour the dough inside the cake mould.
7. Heat up your oven first for 5 minutes at 170 degree celcius.
8. Put the cake mould inside the oven at 170 degree celcius and bake it for 45 minutes.
